What is your Return Policy for Accessories?

Many of our accessories are backed by manufacturer warranty programs that may be available in place of a traditional return. Below are our accessory brands and their respective return or warranty policies. If you need a copy of your receipt for a warranty claim, the Goldflower location you made the purchase at will be happy to assist.
Cartisan, Goldflower/Ideal branded, MJ Arsenal, turn, RAW Cones
- Malfunctioning accessories may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. The return or exchange must occur at the same location as the original purchase.
GRAV
- GRAV offers a 60-day warranty for all products.
- To begin a claim, email [email protected] with the purchase date, purchase location, device name, and a description of the issue.
- Additional warranty information is available on the GRAV Support website.
Puffco
- Puffco warranty claims may be submitted within 1 year of purchase for eligible devices.
- Atomizers, including the 3DXL chamber, have a warranty claim length of 1 month.
- Warranty claim information is available on the Puffco website.
Storz & Bickel
- Storz & Bickel handles warranty claims directly and may require device evaluation before approving a repair or replacement.
- Most Storz & Bickel devices include a 2-year manufacturer warranty. Select products may qualify for an additional warranty period when registered with Storz & Bickel after purchase.
