What is your return or exchange policy?

Our team is happy to return any damaged or defective product. We just require the product to be in its original packaging. The ability to fully return the product may vary based on how much of the product was consumed. However, we will always strive to find a solution for our patients. 
 

There will be a 14-day return policy on consumable medical products, a 60-day return policy on vape hardware issues, and a 30-day return policy on unused apparel and accessories. Returns can only be completed at the original location of purchase. 

Reasons we accept a Return:  

  • First time patient    
  • Incorrect or damaged labeling   
  • Incorrect dosing  
  • Broken or malfunctioning delivery device  
  • Incorrect product  
  • Quality issues causing off taste or color  
  • Adverse effects  
  • Product Tampering  
  • Contamination 

We do not return products for personal preference of taste, except in the case of a first-time patient.  As a company we offer the highest quality of product in the Florida Medical Market.  Cannabis is a personal experience, what one person tastes and experience might be different from the next person.   

For credit to be given:  

  • Must be returned in the original packaging   
  • Must have original patient label  
  • Product cannot be more than half consumed
