What is your return or exchange policy?

There will be a 14 day return policy on consumable medical products, a 60 day return policy on vape hardware issues and a 30 day return policy on unused apparel and accessories.  

Reasons we accept a Return: 

  • First time patient 
  • Incorrect or damaged labeling 
  • Incorrect product 
  • Incorrect dosing 
  • Broken or malfunctioning delivery device 
  • Quality issues causing off taste or color 
  • Adverse effects 
  • Product Tampering 
  • Other product defects not listed above 

We do not return products for personal preference of taste, except in the case of a first-time patient.  As a company we offer the highest quality of product in the Florida Medical Market.  Cannabis is a personal experience, what one Person tastes and experience might be different from the next person.  

For credit to be given: 

  • Must be returned in the original packaging  
  • Must have original patient label 
  • Product cannot be more than half consumed
